Xylia.

I have known this girl since before she was born. Actually before her parent's even were married. Even though I have not seen her everyday, I am really greatful to have seen all the phases of her life sofar and I cannot wait to capture more!

This girl is only 9-months old and she is a fire cracker. Of course I am not surprised at all. What a stellar personality that is developing daily with her.

We took Xylia to Washington Park at the beginning of March just to play around in the dirt, munch on some bark, balance on dead-stumps* and play on a bridge.

Of course during her balancing act, we did have spotters and grips.

*No baby was harmed during the making of this photograph.

You have no idea how tasty bark can be. I think that Xylia might be on to something. Natural teether's: found right in your back yard.

Why did the baby crawl across the bridge?

To get to her Mama on the other side.
